Corporate Sponsorship
Corporate Sponsorship
For each $100 raised in honour of a child in Canada currently experiencing cancer, we will be closer to our 2006 Mountain of Hope Campaign goal of raising one million dollars for pediatric cancer research.
What could your business do to sponsor one or more feet?
A dress down day, a bake sale, corporate matching of employee donations, sell Foundation wristbands (click here to order now), a sponsored walk?

1. The Opportunity
"Brandon Schupp is 13 years old. He lives in London, Ontario and is in Grade 8. On July 24, 2006, Brandon will start a two week ascent of Good Hope - a 10,000 foot mountain in the Cascade Range in British Columbia. And when he reaches the summit, he wants Canadians to have given $1,000,000 for childhood cancer research."
At 12, Brandon climbed Mount Baker in Seattle. When he is 18, he will climb Mount Everest. Until then, he will train harder and climb more mountains. Brandon's dream to climb mountains is coming true, but so is his dream to help find a cure for childhood cancer. He's already started on that project too.
In September, 2005, Brandon's little friend Cole was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a cancer of the nervous system. Brandon put his climb training on hold to fundraise in honour of Cole. He raised $20,000 in two months.
Now, he's teamed up with the Childhood Cancer Foundation to climb a Mountain of Hope Good Hope Mountain. At just over 10,000 feet high, every foot of Good Hope Mountain represents each of the 10,000 children in Canada who are in treatment for cancer. For every foot, we want to raise $100. When Brandon reaches the top of Good Hope on August 4, 2006, he wants to know that every foot he has traveled has raised $100. He will then know that he has met his goal for this year the summit of the Mountain of Hope and $1,000,000 for childhood cancer research in Canada.
