R.O.C.K Ride – July 1^st

The R.O.C.K. was founded in 2004 after Samantha Thomas lost her nine month battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma, three days before her third birthday. R.O.C.K. Founders, Bob & Lori, knew that they had to do something to put some meaning to this terrible tragedy, to find a greater purpose to their loss. Sammy’s memory lives on through the R.O.C.K. which has raised nearly $200,000 to date, with every dollar earmarked for research at the 17 children's hospitals across the country. Please click here to find out more.

Ottawa Rising Stars Latin Talent Show -  Sept 4^th, 18^th & 25^th

Canadian Association of Physicians of Indian Heritage (CAPIH) – Sept 23-25^th
Toronto, ON
At their annual meeting held in Toronto in September, members will make donations to CAPIH’s Charitable Foundation which has been created to allow members to carry out charitable activities.
