Thanks to Societa di Pescosolido Social Club
Saturday November 21, was a wonderful night of fun and fundraising for 380 people whose families immigrated to Canada came from the Italian village of Pescosolido more than half a century ago. Their gratitude to their adopted home country of Canada is expressed in an annual fundraiser. This year CCF was the charity of choice and received more than $10,000. See photos from the event

SITE Canada again supports Childhood Cancer Foundation!
The Childhood Cancer Foundation was thrilled to be presented with $6,500 from SITE Canada - the Society for Incentive Travel Executives - the proceeds from their 2009 Summer Social Silent Auction. SITE Canada has generously supported Childhood Cancer Foundation over the past 2 years with over $20,000 in support of our mandate to fund national multi-site research.

In Your Hands - August 15-16
In Your Hands charity soccer tournament took place for the first time on August 15th and 16th. The tournament showcased players of various levels and promoted ideas related to team building and athletic ability. The ultimate goal for the tournament was not only to ensure all participants have a good experience, but most importantly to raise money for Children’s Cancer Awareness. Mission accomplished!

6th Annual R.O.C.K. (Ride for Our Cancer Kids) Ride 2009

Kick, Cut, Care with Toronto FC a HUGE success!
On Sunday May 24th, 2009 over $35,000 was raised with the help of Danny Dichio of Toronto FC who, along with hundreds of children and their families helped Kick cancer last weekend. Cut off Cancer in Richmond Hill, Ontario
On Saturday August 25th more than 40 brave children and adults cut/shaved their heads and raised pledges for childhood cancer research. The event was a huge success and we thank Hillcrest Mall, its employers and retailers for all their support.

Cadillac Fairview Spring into Shape Run/Walk
The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd. believes in supporting the communities in which they conduct business and also believes in the health and well-being of all their employees.
Their 3rd Annual Spring Into Shape event incorporates these two beliefs into an exciting Ontario-wide initiative, that invites Cadillac Fairview employees, their families, friends, tenants, business partners and consumers, as well as friends of the Childhood Cancer Foundation, to join together to make a difference in the lives of children with cancer.

The Toddle - October 1, 2005
We are delighted that a new Foundation fundraising event – The Toddle -will be piloted in September at the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket Ontario . The mall, owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, who own major malls from coast-to-coast, will host and promote the event, and we will engage the support of local high school students in running the event.
