helping other teens! Candlelighters Teens is a Canadian support network
offering guidance, self development and new experiences for young people
whose lives have been affected by cancer. Teen representatives in each
province have started Candlelighters Teens. Candlelighters Teen's mission
statement is: SUPPORTING, DEVELOPING and EMPOWERING teenagers living with
cancer by providing a high quality Canada-wide peer support network of
teenagers with cancer and their teenage brothers and sisters, who share
experiences, have fun, offer resources and promote understanding,
well-being and leadership.
